ActivStyle and COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Your health and safety are our top priorities and at the heart of every decision we make. With the ongoing spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) we are experiencing unusually high call volumes and expect this to continue during the next several weeks. During this time, we have several alternative ways you can use to communicate with us; if you wish to take advantage of them.

1. Text Messaging
We’ve recently launched a brand-new text messaging platform to streamline the ordering process for some of our customers. IF none of your information has changed and you want us to ship your order without any modifications; OR you do not need any additional supplies in the coming month, this is a quick and easy way to let us know. 2. Email
Our email order confirmation process has been in place for several years and provides the ability for you to modify your order before confirming. If you have previously provided us with your email address you were automatically added to this program. You can CLICK HERE to learn more about our email program and to sign up again if you have previously opted-out.
3. Automated Order Confirmation (AOC)
With this program you will receive an automated call asking if you want to confirm your order. You then follow the voice prompts to complete the process. NOTE: In order to participate in this option, you must first provide us with authorization as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (TCPA).
