New Automated Options for Confirming Your Order
Your health and safety are our top priorities and at the heart of every decision we make.
With the ongoing spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) we are experiencing unusually high call volumes
and expect this to continue. During this time, we have several automated options to let you confirm your order without speaking to a representative;
if you wish to take advantage of them.
1. Text Messaging
Text messaging streamlines the ordering process
for many of our customers. This option may be a good option for you IF none of your information has changed and you want us to ship
your order without any modifications; OR you do not need any additional supplies in the coming month.

2. Email
Our email order confirmation process has been in place for several years and provides
the ability for you to modify your order before confirming. If you have previously provided us
with your email address you were automatically added to this program.

3. Automated Order Confirmation (AOC)
With this program you will receive an automated call asking if you want to confirm your order.
You then follow the voice prompts to complete the process.
NOTE: In order to participate in this option, you must first provide us with authorization as required
by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (TCPA). You can
