Automated Order Confirmation (AOC)

Who should use the AOC order confirmation process?
If your address, physician and insurance information has not changed since your last order and you wish to receive the same order you received last time.
OR
You have enough supplies and do not need to order this month.
How Does It Work?
When it is time to order your supplies, you will receive a recorded call from ActivStyle asking if you want to confirm your order. Follow the instructions provided by the voice prompts to complete the confirmation process.
